YA Expands Environmental Consulting Practice #10
The YA environmental consulting practice is growing and expanding.
Eloy Cisneros recently joined YA as a Partner to lead the environmental consulting practice. Eloy is a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC), Certified Fire and Smoke Consultant (CFSC), Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC), and Certified Lead Paint Inspector/Assessor, and an accredited training instructor with over 28 years of experience. His expertise includes asbestos and lead regulatory compliance, fire damage and smoke impacts, water damage and microbial impacts, indoor air quality (IAQ) and hazardous materials management.
Jason Mosman joined the YA environmental team as a Regional Consultant. Jason is a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC), Certified Fire and Smoke Consultant (CFSC), Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), and Certified Lead Paint Inspector/Assessor with over 22 years of experience. Jason has extensive experience conducting environmental impact assessments and sampling for hazardous materials and constituents as well as developing mitigation/remediation protocols to address fire damage and smoke impacts, water damage and microbial impacts, and IAQ issues.
Eloy and Jason join an already established team of seasoned mitigation experts within the YA environmental consulting practice, including IICRC WRT, ASD and FSRT-certified consultants. The YA environmental team of professionals and experts located throughout the United States is ready and able to efficiently and effectively assist in addressing and resolving even the most complex environmental issues/impacts.
YA environmental consulting service offerings include but are not limited to the following: smoke impact assessments and combustion byproducts (CBP) sampling, moisture mapping and water damage categorization, microbial assessments and mold sampling, IAQ assessments and air sampling, mitigation/remediation protocols and hazardous materials abatement specifications, regulatory compliance, post-remediation verification (PRV) assessments and clearance sampling, etc. YA also offers environmental training and continuing education for industry professionals, with IICRC certified trainers and OSHA compliance instructors on staff.
