Biography

Valeria Belmonte joined YA in 2023 as a Regional Consultant with nearly ten years of experience in the construction industry. She started her career as a Project Engineer and Construction & Project Manager in the South Florida region and has been involved in all aspects of project management: from preconstruction, sub-contractor bidding & buy-out, to the management of construction activities from the ground up, to final inspections for occupancy and turn-over to the client. Her experience includes luxury high-rise, mid-rise, and affordable housing projects. Along with scheduling, phasing, and critical path analysis experience, Ms. Belmonte is well-versed in compiling detailed scope assessments, thorough documentation, estimates, and contract reviews; while managing communications between vendors and clients throughout the process.
