Biography

Tiffany is a licensed civil engineer specializing in structural engineering, with experience in steel, light-framed wood, mass timber, concrete, and masonry design. Her background in structural design encompasses a mix of projects in the Education, Healthcare, and Residential sectors. Tiffany has worked on new construction and seismic retrofit projects for K-12 schools, university buildings, and hospitals. She has experience in reconstruction projects for single- and multi-family residential buildings, construction engineering, and nonstructural anchorage and bracing.

In addition to her primary expertise, Tiffany is experienced in tsunami design and has worked on designing several tsunami vertical evacuation towers along the coast of Washington. Her professional passions include conducting structural investigations, structural analysis, and seismic evaluations of existing structures.
