Biography

Taylor Baldwin is a forensic engineer with over five years of experience in various mechanical and civil/structural investigations. She is a licensed professional engineer in 15 states across the eastern United States. Her forensic investigations have occurred in diverse residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and municipal settings. She has experience in catastrophe response, including hurricanes, tornadoes, derechos, floods, and other severe weather events.

Taylor’s areas of forensic expertise include but are not limited to, roof systems, structural component failures, water intrusion, construction and maintenance deficiencies, impact damage, foundation systems, hail and/or wind assessments, appliance failures, and piping system failures.
