Biography
A Project Consultant with over 20 years of experience in providing technical expertise in insurance claim and legal professionals following incidents involving high-technology equipment and building remediation and mitigation. He has served as a consultant to nearly every major commercial property insurance carrier, through which he has been involved with countless claims concerning damage from fire, smoke, water, lightning and power surge. With over 15 years of experience in high level equipment loss evaluation, Mr. Henderson provides evaluation and repair / replacement cost assessments following fire, flood, theft, vandalism and other types of damages. He has assessed losses concerning electronic/electrical equipment and building scopes throughout the country. Key strengths include the following:
