Biography
Kienan Dalesandro is a Project Manager providing condition assessment and forensic evaluation of structures. He has a background in bridge design and construction and forensic engineering experience with parking structures and residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Mr. Dalesandro’s engineering design experience includes structural design and analysis for complex transportation structures, multi-story residential and commercial buildings, and alterations and remediation of existing structures utilizing wood, steel, concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, and masonry. Mr. Dalesandro’s forensic engineering experience includes investigating damage to buildings, including vehicle impact, moisture infiltration and building envelope issues, fire damage, earthquakes, wind, and foundation movement. Mr. Dalesandro also has experience evaluating damage to non-building structures, including single-span transportation structures, concrete slabs, and general flatwork.
