Biography
Kelly Ainsworth joined YOUNG & Associates in 2020 as a Senior Consultant. Kelly has been responsible for directing and managing a diverse portfolio of projects from relocation and startup of manufacturing plants to commercial construction projects; small to large multi-million-dollar facilities, as well as large commercial flood restorations for high rise condos and commercial office buildings. In 1998 Kelly separated from the United States Army under Honorable Conditions to pursue his education and career. For the last 19 years he has successfully led multiple large construction, renovation, and restoration projects. Kelly loves the challenge of solving problems, and helping others to reach their goals, with a passion for patriotism, family, fishing and outdoor coastal living.
