Biography

With over twenty-three years of experience in commercial and residential construction and considerable knowledge of city, county, and state construction codes and practices, Jeff Jones has provided consulting and expertise in all aspects of a construction project, including estimating, inspections, construction scheduling, and management. Mr. Jones has also served as an expert witness and appraiser on various property damage claims.

Before joining Young & Associates, Mr. Jones was involved in many construction projects, including residential insurance restoration and custom home building throughout California. In addition to residential construction, Mr. Jones has been involved in commercial construction and played significant roles, including supervision and management of new commercial construction and existing construction and tenant improvements. Mr. Jones has managed local, state, and federal construction projects requiring the highest levels of security clearance and local, state, and federal requirements and specifications.

Mr. Jones’ ample experience within the industry provides excellent insight for the investigations/consultation of various types of property damage.
