Biography
For over 20 years, David has provided structural technical clarity for insurance and legal professionals. As a Forensic Structural Engineer, he is an expert at investigating hurricanes, tornados, and other storm damage. David also has vast experience evaluating post-fire damage and determining cause and scope of moisture intrusion and damage. He has consulted on 100’s of Construction Defect files, providing insight with regards to roofing, framing, building envelope and drainage issues. David has served as an Expert Witness and provided over 100 depositions and testimony in numerous trials. In his well-rounded career, David has thorough experience working with building elements such as concrete, steel, wood and light-gauge metal. Besides residential and commercial structures, David has also worked theme park elements and a successful SBCCI PST&ESI (ICC) submittal.
