Biography

Anna Kiepke joined YA Group in 2022 as an HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining YA, Anna worked in the Property & Casualty insurance industry since 2017. Her experience includes roles in claims administration and as an executive assistant. She is passionate about employee engagement and developing initiatives to reduce turnover. In November 2020, she transitioned to a human capital coordinator role at Lighthouse Property Insurance, the parent company of her previous employer. In this role, she focused on recruiting and employee engagement. Anna is also committed to professional development and holds several industry certifications. She is a member of SHRM
