In 2017 Mike became a part of the YA team bringing with him a wide range of experience within the construction industry. His proven ability to create project scopes, manage project timelines and budgets, as well as conduct on-site monitoring and reporting for projects ranging from $50K to $100M, has shown his exceptional insight. Mike has assisted on a wide array of losses including multi-family units, high-end residential properties, commercial spaces, retail outlets, apartments/condominiums, hotels, and resorts. His professional history in Construction Management equips him with the ability to swiftly adjust to any project environment. As a Senior Consultant at YA, he utilizes his extensive experience and is entrusted with responsibilities such as scope development, cost estimation, builder’s risk assessment, code upgrade analysis, site monitoring, and invoice auditing to assess extensive and complicated losses.
