Biography

RICHARD TRI joined YA Group as a Consultant in 2017. He has a background in estimating and sketch. He has worked as a project manager on commercial and residential projects. He has overseen complete house renovations from sketch, to estimate, to completion of work, and certificate of occupancy. He has his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University. Currently, he works on a wide variety of losses that may require detailed assessment and itemization of damage, development of cost estimates, invoice analysis, and renegotiation of scope on complex losses.
